Dear Colleagues,

Upon the Rector's approval, I am pleased to announce that Ms. Teng Hou Wan, Annie, is appointed as the Head of Accounts Section of Finance Office, with effect from 1 December 2013. She will assist the Director of Finance Office in overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the Accounts Section, Finance Office.

Ms. Annie Teng is previously the Acting Head of Accounts Section of the University; being a Certified Public Accountant and Master's degree holder in Accountancy, she has over 10 years rich experience in the area of auditing and accounting.
