The Hotel Corporate Rates for our University is for the convenience of all departments to provide accommodations for our official visitors and guests. Bookings can be made through respective representatives from each faculty and department. Amendments of representatives should be sent to PCT, which will in turn consolidate the information and update the hotels on a monthly basis.
When bookings are made, name of the related department and specific charges borne by UM must be clearly stated. Credit card information of the guests is also needed when the charges are not borne by UM as a guarantee for the hotel.
