Notice about Graduation Gown Distribution and Gown Rental for 20/21 Graduation Photo-taking
Dear Students,
Greetings! The custom-made graduation gowns in the first semester of 2020/2021 have been made. Please pick up the order as below details:
Date: March 18 to 22, 2021*
Office hours: 11:00 - 18:00
Location: E31-1013
If you do not pick up during these hours, you may be charged an administrative fee for separate pickups.
*Due to the customs clearance problems, the delivery of the graduation gowns on March 17 is delayed, so the gown pickup time was postponed by one day (i.e. March 18 to 22). Apologize to any inconvenient caused.
Students who have ordered a graduation gown should bring their student ID card and the receipt to E31-1013 on the date and time listed above to pick up the gown. If you are unable to pick up your graduation gown due to personal reasons, you may ask a representative to pick up your gown along with the purchase receipt and a copy of your student ID card.
