Notice about Graduation Gown Rental for 20/21 Graduation Photo-taking
Dear students,
Greetings!
To support the graduation photo taking in 2021, University will offer a limited number of graduation gown to us for renting. If you are interested in renting a graduation gown, please confirm the number of days and schedule in advance and come to E31-1013 from March 17 to March 22, 2021, 11:00-18:00 to complete the on-site confirmation and payment.
Date: March 17-22, 2021
Office hours: 11:00 - 18:00
Venue: S3-G017 (Graduate Student Association Office)
Charges:
The rent of graduation gowns are as follows:
Bachelor’s Degrees – MOP80 each day plus MOP500 deposit (include MOP15/day is charged as administrative fee)
Payment instruction:
1. Put the deposit in the envelope with your name, program and your student number written on it.
2. Submit the envelope (which has your deposit) and the rent in cash to the Graduation committee.
3. The deposit will be reimbursed upon return of the gown
4. Please bring your own change, there will be no replenishment on site.
Points to note:
- If you are unable to apply in person, you may have someone else pay for you and provide your rental gown size. Late applications will not be accepted.
- Sample will be provided on site for reference. - Only M, L and a small number of S size gowns are provided;
- Please note that the rental gown are reused items, some damage may appear on the gown, hood and cap;
- Lease duration will be counted by workdays; For example, only one day will be charged if rents on Friday and returns on the following Monday morning; Deposit will be charged in advance. The overdue fine will be charged if the students fail to return on time.
