Dear Colleagues,

According to the announcement of the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP) (Attachment 1), starting from 21 February 2022, all staff members must present the following proofs when entering the workplace:
  1. A proof of completing full vaccination against COVID-19 (that is, 2 doses) for 14 days, or
  2. A proof of nucleic acid test with a negative result within 7 days.

Hence, staff members who fail to present the above-mentioned proofs and are absent from work, will be deemed as being on unjustifiable leave, and the concerned unit shall report the details of these staff members by filling out the file (Attachment 2) to the Human Resources Section via email: hrs_comp_benefits_grp@um.edu.mo.
