Dear Colleagues,
The University will resume face-to-face teaching on 19 September 2022. According to the guidelines from the Education and Youth Development Bureau (DSEDJ), all academic, research and administrative staff members should comply with the following:
- To return to their usual place of residence (Macao, Zhuhai or Zhongshan) 10 days before the resumption of face-to-face classes (i.e. on or before 9 September 2022), and
- To present a negative nucleic acid test (NAT) result obtained within 72 hours (i.e. from 16 September to 18 September) on 19 September 2022.
The Human Resources Section will announce the online declaration platform and provide the link for appointment of nucleic acid sampling in due course.
In addition, staff members should pay attention to the following arrangements between 10 and 19 September 2022:
- If staff members travel to areas other than Macao, Zhuhai or Zhongshan, they are required to apply for 10 days of annual leave immediately after returning to their usual place of residence;
- Approval of official trips, research and conference leaves will be temporarily suspended.
Please assign a representative from your unit to verify whether the staff members have fulfilled the above requirements.
