In recent weeks, discussions regarding Zoom's security and privacy issues are rising globally such as uninvited users enter your Zoom meeting and share inappropriate content. ICTO highly encourages our users to do everything possible to ensure our meetings and classes are protected. You may refer to the following tips to conduct your Zoom meetings securely.

Do keep your Zoom client up to date
It is important to keep the Zoom client updated to maintain effective security. These updates provide you with new meeting options, features, and also resolve discovered software errors and security vulnerabilities.

Don't share your meeting link in public space
Don't share your meeting link or meeting ID in public space such as Facebook, Instagram to prevent uninvited attendees crashing your meetings and sharing inappropriate content.

Don't click on strange links in Zoom chat
Always resist the urge to click the links from people you don’t trust in Zoom chat to keep you safe.
Zoom has launched an important update to make the Zoom meeting more private and secure. ICTO highly recommends our users to upgrade their Zoom client to enjoy these new security features which can ensure the security and privacy for your Zoom meeting.

    Major updates are as follows:
