*Residents who have reached the maximum study period / received an eviction order / with negative PGH points at the end of the designated PGH point accumulation period / whose status have been changed to “graduated”, “withdrawal”, “deferred”, “inactive” and etc., if submission for assignment cancellation is not received, the system will automatically review and the move-out notification will be sent by email.
如修讀年期屆滿、被勒令遷離宿舍、在指定宿舍積分累積期末宿舍積分為負分 及 學籍已轉為“畢業”、“退學”、“休學”、“不在學”等非在學狀態之宿生而需要退宿者,若無提交不續住申請,系統將自動檢核並以電郵通知退宿安排。

Procedures for submitting an application :
    1. According to your own circumstances, login in at relative link with your student ID and Password;
    2. Fill in the on-line application form;
    3. Ensure the application information is filled correctly before submission as changes are not allowed once the submission is made;
    4. Upon completion, click "Submit" and you will see this for successful submission;

    5. Students will receive a confirmation email in their UM student email accounts after the application form is successfully submitted.
    6. If NO confirmation is received, which means the delivery of application is unsuccessful, students should contact SRS to review the application and re-submit it again. Otherwise, the application will not be entertained after the application period.
    Notes for submitting an application:
    - Each applicant can only fill in one (1) application form. If more than one (1) applications were received, only the earliest submission will be taken into account.
    - Students should read and complete the form carefully.
    - Please ensure the application information is filled-in correctly before submission, as changes are not permitted after submission.
    - The alert will pop-up at the top-left corner if there is any missing field.
    - This form serves as application only; the final arrangement is subjected to availability and the draw result.
    - If students do not submit the room change application form on/before the deadline, it will be considered as "NO change of PGH room is needed for 2nd semester of AY2022/2023”.
    - If students fail to submit the assignment cancelation, the accommodation will be AUTOMATICALLY renewed for 2nd semester of AY2022/2023 and FULL accommodation fee of the semester will be charged.
    - SRS has the rights to make the final decision.

    1. 按自身的情況選擇相關連結,輸入學生證編號及密碼登入;
    2. 填寫電子表格;
    3. 請同學確認其填寫的資料是正確無誤 , 所有資料提交後不得修改;
    4. 完成後,按 “Submit” 遞交表格並出現以下圖示;

    5. 成功提交住宿申請後,同學 (澳大學生電郵) 將會收到一封確認電郵。 否則,請查看您的申請並重新提交。
    6. 若未有收到確認電郵,則表示申請未能成功提交,學生應聯繫學生資源處審查申請並再次提交。 否則,申請期過後將不受理申請。
      提交申請注意事項:
      - 每名申請人只能填寫一份申請表。 如果收到超過一份申請,則以第一份申請為準。
      - 請仔細閱讀並填妥表格。
      - 遞交表格前請確保所填寫之資訊正確無誤,已遞交之表格不允許進行任何更改
      - 如有漏填之項目,系統將顯示提示訊息於電子表格左上方。
      - 此表格僅作申請用途,申請結果視乎房間空缺情況及抽籤結果 (當申請人數超出床位數量) 而定
      - 如果學生未在申請期間內提交轉房申請,將被視為“在2022/2023學年第二學期無需轉換房間” 。
      - 如果 未提交不續住申請者,住宿期將自動延續至2022/2023學年第二學期並且將收取該學期的全額住宿費
      - 學生資源處保留最終決定權。
