Dear colleagues and students,
To increase the vaccination rate so as to build the herd immunity barrier, Health Bureau of Government of Macao S.A.R. will arrange free group vaccination of COVID-19 in UM campus for staff and students again. Details as below:
Date: 15 October, 2021
Time: 09:00 - 17:30
Location: Training Hall of UM Sports Complex (N8)
Target: UM staff (local and non-local), UM students (local and non-local), outsourced staff (local and non-local), family members who are holders of Macao Resident Identity Card
Type of vaccine: mRNA vaccine (BioNTech) or inactivated vaccine (Sinopharm CNBG Beijing) (you may choose when making the appointment)
Appointment:
- Those who have already registered for the group vaccination on 5th October do not need to register again. Please arrive at the venue according to the chosen time slot.
- For those who have not registered yet, please make an appointment by 12 October 2021 with the link below, and choose UM as the vaccination location. (please browse with Google Chrome)

Notes:
- Please enter the venue through the entrance of Training Hall according to your appointment time, and show your appointment QR code. You will also need to show your identification documents, for example, Macao Resident Identity Card, passport, student card, blue card, etc.
- If you are below 18 years old, you have to bring the attached consent form signed by the guardian, student card, signed I.D. copy of the guardian.

- If you have enquiries regarding vaccination, you may seek doctor's advice at the venue.
- Please eat something before vaccination.
- You have to rest for 30 minutes after vaccination at the venue.
