Dear students:
Greetings! The production of ordered graduation gowns in the first semester of 2020/2021 have been done. Please bring your student ID card and receipt to S3-G017 (Graduate Student Association Office) on the following date and time to pick up your graduation gown. If you are unable to pick up the gown in person for personal reasons, you may appoint a representative to pick up the gown with the purchase receipt, authorization letter (Annex 1) and a copy of the student ID card of the purchaser.
If you do not collect the ordered gown within this time frame, separate collection may be subject to an administrative fee.

Office hours: 11:00 - 19:00
Venue: S3-G017 (Graduate Student Association Office)
*Since it is still a special time for epidemic prevention, please wear a mask and keep a social distance from students who come to pick up their graduation Gown.
In addition, students who purchased their graduation gowns separately from Shenda, please contact Shenda to pick up your gown.
