Dear users,

Please be informed that ICTO will perform system security update and maintenance with Staff Email System and Lotus Notes System during 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on 15 Jan, 2022(Saturday).

During the said period, there may be service interruption of the service. All services will be resumed once the above maintenance jobs are completed.
  • Staff Email Service (Outlook)
  • Lotus Notes Services: All Lotus Notes Workflow applications including e-Bulletin, e-Procurement, e-Proposal, Document Databases.
