We are pleased to announce the upcoming workshop on “Introduction to the new e-bulletin system release in 2023”. New system will replace the existing Lotus Notes one.
Workshop content:
- Introduction to the new e-bulletin system;
- Helpful tips on using the new e-bulletin system.

Session A 10:00 - 11:30 (1.5 hours) (30 Nov, Wednesday)

Session B 15:00 - 16:30 (1.5 hours) (30 Nov, Wednesday)

Target Audience: Staff responsible for the bulletin announcements
Registration:
- Each unit is strongly encouraged to assign at least 2 representatives who handles the related issues to attend the workshop.
- Please register for any of the above sessions by submitting the e-form (link) on or before 28 November, 2022 (Monday).
Please note the following special arrangements will be made in compliance with anti-epidemic measures:
- Participants should declare their health condition as usual and present their “Macau Health Code” upon arrival at the venue;
- Participants should wear face masks at all times;
- Participants should maintain social distancing.
