In order to maintain the effective use of software budget and leverage the economic scale of software purchases, ICTO will observe and gather the software needs from academic units of the University every year. Base on the timeline of software acquisition procedure, it is time to raise the related software requests for academic year 2022/2023.
Concerning there might be different software needs from different academic units, several funding approaches are established for individual faculty to consider when acquiring software. For more details, please refer to the document of “Guidelines for Requesting Software for Academic Purpose” or ICTO web page.
Should there be any software acquisition requests for academic year 2022/2023, please fill and return this "Software Acquisition Request Form" by sending email to icto.software@um.edu.mo on or before 31 December, 2021 (Friday). ICTO will then study the requests accordingly.
