Dear colleagues,
Regarding the upgrade of Staff Email System from Microsoft Exchange 2013 Enterprise to Microsoft Exchange 2019 Enterprise, the mailbox migration of all staff has been completed in October 2021. To ensure system stability, ICTO will perform system maintenance from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on 7 Nov, 2021 (Sunday).
During the system maintenance period, Staff Email service will not be interrupted but the Outlook client connection may be unstable. If you encounter any problem when using Outlook client, you can use Webmail (https://staffmail.um.edu.mo) to access your emails.
ICTO will continue to perform post-installation tasks of Exchange 2019 system in this year and expect that the replacement of the Exchange 2013 system will be completed by January 2022.
