Dear colleagues, Please be informed that we have upgraded UMDrive to the newest version. New version of UMDrive enhanced system security and stability. There are also some changes on the user interface to provide better user experience. Please note that the PC and MAC client will be requested to upgrade after your first login. Kindly refer to the below steps to perform the upgrade. We also recommend you to upgrade the APP on Android and iOS mobile devices by following this FAQ. Detailed steps of upgrading UMDrive client: 1) Please click "Update now" to perform upgrade 2) Select language 3) Uninstall the existing version of UMDrive client 4) Read and agree the license agreement 5) Select the destination folder. Please click "Next" if no preference 6) Select additional system settings. Please click "Install" if no preference. You can use UMDrive after the installation complete. If there are any problem during the upgrade or should you have any queries, please feel free to contact our HelpDesk during office hours. If you cannot upgrade the client and need to use UMDrive system immediately, kindly use the web version of UMDrive. Thank you for your attention.
