Dear Computer room users,
In new academic year, we are glad to introduce the update and arrangements of the computer rooms of Information and Communication Technology Office (ICTO).
- ICTO provides six computer rooms for all staff and students at 2/F and 3/F of Central Teaching Building (E6).
- During the summer recess, we have updated the Windows 10 operating system and professional software such as AutoCAD , MS Office, SAS for six ICTO computer rooms. The software list can be found at the bottom of page.
- Regarding the use of the computer room, according to the guidelines issued by the Health Bureau and the Higher Education Bureau of the Macao SAR government, students must maintain proper distance during class. The rooms only offer half of the computers for students to use. In addition, students should put on face mask and disinfect their hands before entering the rooms.
- In order to support the needs of distance learning, some professional software in computer rooms has been transferred to the "Virtual Computer Room". Teachers and students also can use the software installed in "Virtual Computer Room" on campus or outside of the campus through SSL VPN.
