End of support for IMAP access to Staff Mail System
In order to enhance the security of our email system and user accounts, the IMAP service of Staff Email System will be terminated on 3 March 2021, which means that you will not be able to use the IMAP protocol to access your mailbox. We recommend to use Outlook client on PC/notebook or Staffmail webmail to access mailbox with better compatibility and security.
It will not affect the Outlook client, Staff Webmail, mobile Outlook APP, and the email APP connecting with ActiveSync or EWS. For those user used IMAP in the last 90 days, ICTO will send a notification email with this arrangement.
