Reason of InterruptionStudent email system is using the Cloud Email service provided by Microsoft. As proved by Microsoft,
there was a failure of their email protection system, and caused the email forwarding function of UM@Connect student email system to malfunction. After the email delivered to the student mailbox on UM@Connect, the system could not forward the email to the external email address configured before (i.e. Gmail, Yahoo, 163)

Microsoft noticed that they have fixed the issue at 21:30 and will publish a post-incident report within five days. ICTO will keep contact with our service provider to ensure the I.T. service of our University running stable.
