| Dear Colleagues,
According to the information from the Education and Youth Development Bureau (DSEDJ) (Attachment 1), starting from 25 October 2021, all staff members must present the following proofs when entering the workplace:
- A proof of COVID-19 vaccination (at least 1 dose), or
- A proof of nucleic acid test with a negative result within 7 days.
Besides, regarding the arrangement for staff members who are not suitable to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and have been vaccinated outside Macao, please refer to the supplementary information for details (Attachment 1.3).
According to the earlier announcement made by the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP) dated 14 September 2021 (LINK), staff members who fail to present the above-mentioned proofs, will be deemed as being on unjustifiable leave, and details of these staff members should be reported by filling out the file (Attachment 2) to the Human Resources Section via email: hrs_comp_benefits_grp@um.edu.mo.
