受影響服務
Services Affected | 在維護期間，以下相關系統及服務可能會出現短暫中斷或使用遲緩。所有服務會在維護工作完成後恢復正常。
- 職員電郵系統 (Outlook)
- Lotus Notes 相關服務：所有建立於 Lotus Notes 平台的應用流程系統，其中包括 e-Bulletin、e-Procurement、e-Proposal、Document Database 等。
During the said period, there may be short interruption on the following services. All services will be resumed once the above maintenance jobs are completed.
- Staff Email Service (Outlook)
- Lotus Notes Services: All Lotus Notes Workflow applications including e-Bulletin, e-Procurement, e-Proposal, Document Databases.
