1. Soft Launch of UM Monthly Parking Pass Application System:
To provide convenience to our colleagues in monthly parking pass application and enhance efficiency of the application services, the UM Monthly Parking Pass Application System is now available for trial use from 20 January 2022. It is a web-based application that allows you to manage your monthly pass everywhere with your mobile and internet. Colleagues can simply sign in the UM Monthly Parking Pass Application System* (https://isw.um.edu.mo/parkmpapp/) with UMPASS for the following services:
*Google Chrome and Firefox are recommended for this system
2. Renewal of Your Monthly Pass:
2.1. Further to our previous announcement regarding revision of "The University of Macau Parking Management Rules" (![Database 'Bulletin Board', View 'Active Bulletin', Document '[For Staff only] Revision of "The University of Macau Parking Management Rules"'](/icons/doclink.gif) ), holders of monthly passes without expiry date should renew their passes via the UM Monthly Parking Pass Application System by March 2022 with a maximum validity of 12 months. The monthly passes not being renewed by 31 March will automatically get expired from 1 April 2022.

2.2. For change of vehicle to be registered under your monthly pass, please select the tab "Update Vehicle Details" under "Application" page.
2.3. For terminating the use of monthly pass, you should submit the termination application by selecting the tab "Termination" and return the monthly pass to the office of the Security and Transport Section (Room N6-3019) afterwards.
