Dear Colleagues,
Please be informed that with effect from 1 Jan 2022, three new management companies will start providing cleaning service; security service to the Postgraduate House (PGH) and Staff Quarters (SQ); and Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) maintenance service to our University, while the management companies of repairs and maintenance service, PGH and SQ integrated hostel management service and landscape service will remain unchanged. The hand-over works are in well progress to ensure smooth transition.
Corresponding information of the management companies are enclosed for your reference. Should there be any query, kindly contact our colleagues addressed in below tables.
