PCT suggests all units to give priority to consult registered companies in the “PTC Suppliers Database” when conducting procurement work. With the sophisticated industry classification in the database, unit’s purchasing staff can quickly and accurately invite the appropriate suppliers. In addition, based on the principle of equal opportunity, it is recommended to select different suppliers every time when inviting for quotation, to avoid repeated selection of any companies.
Meanwhile, colleagues are encouraged to send messages to invite potential suppliers to register through the "System of Registered Suppliers" website. Details as below:
