For preparation of new academic year, please be informed that ICTO is performing UMMoodle course auto-creation for the coming academic semester, the teacher will receive the notification email when the course is created.
Please be reminded that we have helped you to set the course's "Visible" to "Hide" as default. After you have reviewed and set up your course, please set the course's "Visible" to "Show" so that your course can be accessed by your students.
For conducting online class using Zoom, all zoom accounts of all academic staff are ready.
- The account are configured with the Licenses account (unlimited duration) based on teaching needs;
- Viewers cannot download the teaching video by default.
- For zoom client, you can click the following link for your OS.
- To ensure your zoom activity is functional, it is suggested to test it in advance.
