UMDrive 最近更新至 7.0.3。明白用家在使用新版本會引起不便，但因應廠商要求，舊版本已於年初停止更新及維護，在確保有問題時能得到原廠支援，故需更新至廠商所提供的最新版本。
UMDrive has been upgraded to new version 7.0.3. We understand this will bring inconvenience to users using the new version, but according to the manufacturer's requirements, the old version is no longer updated and supported at the beginning of this year. To ensure that the vendor continues to provide support when there is a problem, it is necessary to update to the latest version.
新版本在登入及開啟檔案時，會發生打開不到的問題。廠商現正積極跟進，我們會繼續與廠商協調，改善 UMDrive 服務質素。
There are problems in login and opening file in the new version, and the problems are being investigated by the software vendor. We will continue to coordinate with them to continuously improve UMDrive service.

- 由於廠商未修改原有程式之登入畫面，用家在開啟軟件後，須先跳過輸入畫面直接按入 “Login with UMPASS” 才可進行登錄。
The software vendor did not modify the original login screen. When you start up the client, please skip the login fields and directly click “Login with UMPASS” to continue to log in UMDrive.

- 由於廠商仍在處理使用軟件打開檔案 Preview 速度問題，建議直接選取下載 (Download) 來開啟檔案，或直接使用 Windows File Explorer。
Since the software vendor is still solving the client file preview problem, it is recommended to directly select “Download” to open the file, or use Windows File Explorer directly.
對於手機使用者請使用 "..."，後按 "開啟方式"，使用你手機相關文書應用軟件打開檔案。
For mobile app, click "..." and "Open With" and then open file using your built-in office app.
- 在 Windows File Explorer 內 ，新版本採用了新的圖示 (icon) 及名稱 (Cloud Disk)，敬請留意。
New icon and new name (Cloud Disk) are used in newer version, in the Windows File Explorer.

- 若修改檔案，檔案將顯示為上鎖。其他人不會重覆寫入。
Lock mode is enabled when you modify a file, to resolve the file conflict issue.

- 新增了二維碼 (QR Code) 及內置郵件分享檔案方式。
Newly added QR Code for file sharing, and also embed the internal email for file sharing.
- 新增支援不同平台分享連結的開啟方式功能 (Copy File Link)。
Newly support file sharing in different platforms when you press “Copy File Link” for a file.

- 容量增大: 職員磁盤配額從 20GB 增大五倍至 100GB。
Capacity enlarged: Space quota for our staff is increased five times from 20GB to 100GB.
