We have deployed an around the clock AI Chatbot Service. If you encounter problems when using our IT services, it can immediately provide relevant answers.
The chatbot has been trained to support the most frequently asked questions of our IT services such as UM Accounts, Email Services, Printing Services, UMMoodle, etc. You can access the chatbot via ICTO Website.
