To: All Staff

The service hours of technical support from Information and Communication Technology Office (ICTO) will be extended in order to provide immediate support to users during the University examination period. However, ICTO will mainly provide technical support for online examination beyond normal office hours and weekends.

Date: 20 May 2020 - 2 June 2020 (excluding Sundays)
Service Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Teachers are advised to administer the examination from campus office so that instant technical support from ICTO could be provided whenever you encountered any technical problems during the online examination. If you are off campus, ICTO could provide limited remote support service, but please ensure your computer has SSL VPN client (Pulse Secure) installed and able to establish connection to the University's network.
