Tips for online video interview
網上視像面試小貼士 |
When on-side interviews are not feasible, employers will use online video to evaluate job seeker. Is there anything that we need to pay attention to ?
- Make sure the internet connection is stable；
- Choose a quiet environment for the interview, make sure the objects and background shown in your camera is tidy and clean；
- Dress formally and mind your appearance；
- Notify your family member if you want to conduct the online interview at home to avoid disturbances;
- Just like on-site interviews, you should mind your body language.

在無法進行現場面試時，僱主會以視像面試來考核求職者，那麼有哪些地方需要注意的呢？
- 確保網絡暢通；
- 選擇安靜的場所，並注意鏡頭展現的視頻界面內物品是否整齊、背景是否整潔；
- 穿上正裝，注意儀容；
- 如果是在家中進行視像面試，可以提前告訴家人相關安排，以免面試中受到打擾。
- 跟現場面試一樣，視像面試中需要注意自己的肢體語言。
