Dear postgraduate students,
Due to insufficient bedspace in PGH, the University can only ensure accommodation for year-one postgraduate students who are in their first year of study and do not have a residence in Macao. Thereafter, all second year postgraduate students or above will unlikely be offered an accommodation in PGH. Students who were not offered a bedspace are required to arrange off-campus accommodation by themselves.
Under the situation of high demand leads to tight supply of bedspaces, in order to establish the priority order of accommodation allocation in the future, the SRS has revised the "Guidelines for Assessing the Applications for UM PGH Accommodation”. The aforementioned Guidelines has been approved by the Dean of Student with effective from 17 August 2022. Besides, The Guidelines have been uploaded to the Student Resources Office (Student Accommodation) website: https://srs.sao.um.edu.mo/guidelines-and-rules/.
