Notice about the Graduation Photo Distribution
Dear Graduates,
Thank you for your patience with the delay in the production of the graduation phots in the 2021/2022 academic year due to the epidemic of COVID-19. We are pleased to inform you that the graduation photos are now ready for collection.
In addition, to meet Macau. S.A.R. Government's epidemic prevention requirements, we will distribute the graduation photos on different dates by faculties as the table below. Students who would like to collect their graduation photos in person must strictly follow the epidemic prevention requirements by wearing appropriate masks, registering the venue code and keeping a social distance of 1 metre.

Office hours: 09:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00
Venue: Student Union Secretariat, 1st Floor, Student Activities Centre, E31

Students who have purchased their graduation photos should bring along their student cards, receipts, or emails of confirmation, to the Student Union Secretariat on 1/F, E31 Student Activities Centre on the mentioned date and time to collect their graduation photos. If you are unable to collect your graduation photo in person, you can ask a representative to bring along the receipt/email for the graduation photo and a photocopy of the recipient's student card to collect it.
In addition, photos are available for collection at the above address from September onwards on Mondays to Wednesdays and Fridays during the following hours: 09:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00
