為鼓勵青年尤其應屆畢業生多了解本澳就業市場資訊，澳門中華新青年協會聯同勞工事務局及澳門中華學生聯合總會合辦“青年就業博覽會2022”，於2022年10月8日至9日（星期六至日）假澳門威尼斯人米蘭會議廳，以即場面試形式進行。活動以大型招聘會形式進行，同場提供就業支援服務、在職培訓及實習資訊，全方位提升其就業競爭力，協助他們及早做好職涯規劃。
