The
Human Resources Section of the Office of Administration
is now
inviting application
s
for
student trainee(s)
. Please refer to the following for more details:
Responsibilities
Issue UM medical cards;
Provide support to general counter service;
Assist in data input and filing documents;
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Year 1 or 2 students are preferred;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
Strong responsibility and positive working attitude.
Other Particulars
Service Time:
Monday to Friday (at least 12 hours weekly)
Hourly Rate:
MOP 48 per hour
Location:
Human Resources Section, Office of Administration (N6, Administration Building, 4th Floor)
