Dear Colleagues,

In accordance to the Finance Management Committee (FMC) approval dated 29/12/2021, the Facility Development Section of the Campus Management and Development Office (CMDO-FDS) will call for Staff Housing Application starting from 30/12/2021 to 20/02/2022. The applicable scope, eligibility and selection procedures of this call for housing application will be processed in accordance to the Regulations on the Staff Housing of the University of Macau and Rules on the Staff Housing of the University of Macau. Kindly refer to the following details and related information:

Available Flats
As shown in the following table, a total of 22 fully-furnished flats will be opened for application. Flat and location details as well as viewing procedures will be available at a later stage after applications have been successfully processed.

Submission Method
Eligible staff members could submit their application electronically via https://docs.um.edu.mo/sites/staffhousing/. Late submission will not be accepted. For details please refer to <FAQ for Staff Housing Application>.

Remarks: This annual call for housing application does not include the applications of newly recruited staff members. Applications of newly recruited staff members should be submitted to FDS via email separately.

Upon successful submission, you will receive an automated email reply. Should you encounter any questions while completing the electronic application form, please contact FDS Staff Housing Management Team as soon as possible via email sq_application@um.edu.mo or call 88228397 / 88228478 for assistance.


Selection Procedures
After the submission deadline, FDS will verify the forms received and the verification process should take approximately 1 to 2 months. FDS will then contact qualified applicants according to their total points acquired (from high to low) via email to proceed with flat selection.
