2021 Administrative Workshop (8):
Introduction to the Official Letter and Document Management System (Phase II)
On 22 October 2021, the Human Resources Section (HRS) of the Office of Administration organized an online (Zoom) Administrative Workshop (8) – Introduction to the Official Letter and Document Management System (Phase II). Representatives from the HRS introduced the latest functions of the system, the procedures of forwarding official letters and the flow of archive official letters via the system. Over 120 participants attended the training.
“Administrative Workshops” is a series of seminars/briefings open to administrative colleagues that aims at enhancing work efficiency and enriching the skills of administrative professionals in the University.
