Dear Colleagues,
According to the attached announcement from the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP) (Attachment 1), staff members are required to have temperature check, wear mask and present the “Macao Health Code” of the Health Bureau when entering the workplace.
The health code will display one of the following 3 colors according to different conditions:
- Green: entry permitted;
- Yellow:
- Units shall report the information of the staff member to the Human Resources Section via email at hrs_comp_benefits_grp@um.edu.mo;
- Staff member shall exercise “Self-health management” and fill out the “Health Declaration" of the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP);
- Red: Cannot enter the workplace.
In addition, staff members can refer to the following guidelines released by SAFP and the Health Bureau respectively:
- “Guidelines on the Anti-Epidemic Measures for Government Departments” (Attachment 2)
- “Advice on the Management of Individuals with Macao Health Code in Red or Yellow Colour” (Attachment 3)
