Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that a total of 104 administrative staff received "Excellent" grade in Year 2021. Attached is the name list of the "Excellent" grade recipients for your information:

To reward the staff for their excellent and outstanding performance, the voting for the Outstanding Administrative Staff Award (OASA) for Year 2021 will start on 31 March 2022 and end on 11 April 2022 (5:45p.m.). The nominees, with “Excellent” grade in the annual performance appraisal, will be assessed through a University-wide online voting. All regular staff will receive an e-mail with the voting link on 31 March 2022 for casting votes for the nominees.
