Dear Colleagues,

Here are two notices from ADMO-PCT:

1. To enhance management of supplier data, ADMO-PCT launched the "System of Registered Suppliers" last year, allowing local and non-local companies to register online. UM registered suppliers will be able to obtain updated information in relation to University procurement, and they can manage their contact information online. Through this system, it is hoped to maintain smooth interaction and cooperation between UM and suppliers. Colleagues can assist in sending messages to invite potential suppliers to register through the website below.
2. In order to ensure reasonable processing time for the Notary Contract signing process, all PR forms that require signing of notary contract (see items 1 of article 12 of DL No.122/84/M) must be submitted to ADMO-PCT 6 months before the delivery date or services/works starting date (for example: if the Unit wants to acquire a service with a starting date of 1st October 2020, the PR form must be submitted to ADMO-PCT before 31st March 2020). Therefore, in order not to affect budget execution of the year, all PR forms that require signing of notary contract with the budget from 2020 fiscal year, must be submitted to ADMO-PCT before 30th June 2020.
