根據第267/2003號行政長官批示，於2021年度曾/仍收取家庭津貼及/或房屋津貼的工作人員，必須以M3/M4附件B向財政局申報職業稅。
請按照下列步驟核對資料：
- 登錄 isw.um.edu.mo/hrss (建議複製此連結於 Internet Explorer/ Google Chrome/ FireFox 瀏覽) 並於「服務」欄中選取「家庭津貼/房屋津貼資料」一項。
- 核對系統內有關家庭津貼及/或房屋津貼之資料。
- a) 若資料正確， 閣下無須回覆及填寫任何表格。
b) 如資料有任何更新或 閣下不再符合資格收取相關津貼時 (例如: 配偶及尊親屬每年本身收入超過澳大薪俸表之薪俸點六百點、或滿十八歲之成年子女已不在學或在學成年子女其每年收入超過澳大薪俸表之薪俸點六百點時)，請下載並填妥相應表格，於2022年1月14日(星期五)或之前將有關表格連同所需文件(如有)交回人力資源處。
如本處於2022年1月14日(星期五)或之前沒有收到 閣下之更新資料或終止有關津貼之通知， 閣下於系統上顯示之資料將被視為無誤，本處將會以M3/M4附件B向財政局申報，並按照第267/2003號行政長官批示，呈交予財政局。

According to the Chief Executive Dispatch 267/2003, staff members who have received/ are receiving family subsidy and/or housing subsidy in 2021 are required to declare professional tax through M3/M4 Annex B Form to the Financial Services Bureau.
Please follow the steps below for verification of information:
- Login through isw.um.edu.mo/hrss (suggest to copy this link to Internet Explorer/ Google Chrome/ FireFox for browsing) and click 'Family Subsidy/Housing Subsidy' under the 'Services' column.
- Verify the information of the family subsidy and/or housing subsidy on the system.
- a) If the information is correct, a reply is not required.
b) If there are any updates of information, or you are no longer eligible to receive these subsidies (e.g. spouse and ascendants whose annual earnings exceeded the corresponding 600 salary index of UM, or adult children aged 18 or above are not attending educational institutes or whose annual earnings exceeded the corresponding 600 salary index of UM), kindly download and complete the related form(s), and submit the form(s) together with the necessary document(s) (if any) to the Human Resources Section (HRS) on or before 14 January 2022 (Friday).
If an update of information, or termination of the family subsidy/housing subsidy is not received by HRS on or before 14 January 2022 (Friday), your information on the system will be deemed correct and will be submitted through M3/M4 Annex B Form by HRS to the Financial Services Bureau according to the Chief Executive Dispatch 267/2003.
