Administrative Workshop (1), (2), (3) & (4) – Official Letter and Document Management System
The Human Resources Section of Office of Administration organized 7 sessions of “Administrative Workshop – Official Letter and Document Management System” with over 550 staff members participated in August and September 2020. In the workshops, representatives from the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP) and the Human Resources Section introduced the functions and preparation work for the Official Letter and Document Management System, illustrated the related laws and demonstrated the operations of the system.
“Administrative Workshops” is a series of seminars/briefings open to all administrative colleagues that aims at enhancing work efficiency and enriching the skills of administrative professionals in the University. Workshop materials can be accessed from here:
