課程內容:
Course content: | 教職員在工作生涯中,面對工作、人際、家庭等各種壓力,容易出現緊張焦慮,情緒失控及身體問題等狀況,為協助教職員更好的因應壓力,引入近年有效減壓的正念技術,藉此提升專注力、強化情緒管理,增加幸福感和快樂。
第一週 Week 1 : 正念五感 Five sense Exercise
第二週 Week 2 : 正念呼吸 Breathing Space
第三週 Week 3 : 正念身體掃瞄 Body scan
第四週 Week 4 : 正念行走 Mindful Walking |
