Dear Colleagues,

Greetings from the Human Resources Section (HRS)!

To provide support for our staff members who plan to apply for Macao Residency, we have launched the service to accompany our staff members to visit the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) for application submission.

The service schedule in January 2023 will be as following:
(a) 10 January 2023 (Tuesday) morning session
(b) 27 January 2023 (Friday) morning session

To enroll, please fill in the table below and send it by email to hrs_macaoresidency@um.edu.mo on or before 3 January 2023 (Tuesday). We will then make appointment with IPIM and the appointment details will be sent upon confirmation.

Points to note:

The maximum quota for each session is 3 persons. If the number of enrollment exceeds the quota, we may need to arrange some appointments to next month.

This service aims to provide assistance to our staff members who are not familiar with the Macao Residency application process. Priority will be given to staff members who are submitting 1

time application.
