- 咖啡豆處理法
- 產地風味
- 研磨、溫度、萃取及變因
- 基礎手沖手法
- 導師會先講解及示範，最後由學員沖煮

- Introduce basic pour over methods

Remarks:
  • 為公平起見，如報名人數超過特定名額，報名將會以抽籤形式進行 ，但澳大全職員工優先。為了更能善用資源，懇請學員於報名獲確認後依時出席及參與。
  • 最終成班須視乎報名人數。
  • 學員於報名確認後，必須在期限前繳交有關費用，而繳費期限將會於確認電郵中列明。
  • 報名後如須退出，必須於報名截止日期前向人力資源處提出。於收到確認電郵後退出者，仍須繳交相關費用以免影響開班。
  • If the number of enrollment exceeds the maximum quota, the enrollment will be drawn at random, but UM full-time staff will have the first priority. For a better use on the resources, kindly go to the class on schedule once the enrolment has been confirmed.
  • The confirmation of the class is subject to the no. of participants.
  • After the confirmation of enrolment, the fee has to be settled before the payment deadline, which will be mentioned in the confirmation email.
  • Withdrawal within the enrollment period is acceptable, please inform Human Resources Section accordingly. For those who withdraw after receiving the confirmation email, he/she has to submit relevant fee in order not to affect the opening of the class.

課程內容：
Course Content:		軟筆書法是西洋書法最易入門的一種，對於從沒學過西洋書法的初學者都能輕易上手，並享受寫字帶來的樂趣。軟筆書法常運用於各種設計如婚禮請柬、卡片封面、歡迎牌、相架等，或者日常繪畫如手帳書寫，字體設計，logo，以及個人簽名等。

而圖章刻制是使用小型雕刻刀具在專用於刻章的橡皮磚上進行陰刻或陽刻，從而製作出可反覆蓋印的圖章。

在本次工作坊中，學員將會學習軟筆書法和圖章刻制的技巧，於堂中練習並以自已寫出的名字或其他自選文字組合作為藍本制作圖章。

Brushing lettering is a sort of western calligraphy and is easy to learn. Beginners who have never learned western calligraphy can also enjoy the fun of this art. Brush lettering is often used in various designs such as wedding invitations, name cards, welcome cards, drawings, graphic design, logo and signatures.

Stamp engraving is a technique to engrave graphics to rubber brick with engraving tools. The rubber brick will then be used for a stamp.

In this workshop, participants will learn the techniques in brush lettering and stamp engraving. Participants will have the chance to practice these techniques and engrave a handmade stamp according to the participant's brush lettering art piece.
