Each application is for 1 performing unit (solo or group)
例１：您的兩位家屬希望組成一個表演團體作表演，只需填妥一份報名表。
Example 1: If 2 of your family members would like to perform as a group, please fill in the form once.
例２：您的兩位家屬希望各自作個人表演，請填寫報名表兩次。
Example 2: If 2 of your family members would both like to perform as solo, please fill in the form twice separately.
