課程內容：
Course Content: | 此活動旨在透過活動喚醒參加者對眼睛保護及健康的重要性。活動內將介紹電子產品對眼睛的影響及保護眼睛的重要性，並透過體驗讓參加者了解到中藥護眼保健小知識。體驗活動遊戲包括蒙眼體驗、小小中醫師配藥遊戲及香包製作。
請注意： 活動將會使用薄荷， 香茅 ， 艾草 ，藿香， 丁香，小茴香 ， 薰衣草 ，迷迭香 ，茉莉花 ， 玫瑰花，枸杞子，桑葉，決明子，菊花，紅棗，山楂，等不同中草藥。 俗稱蠶豆症或葡萄糖-6-磷酸脫氫酶缺乏症(Glucose-6-phosphate Dehyrogenase Deficiency,G6PD Deficiency)患者或對以上香草植物成分敏感的人士不適合參與。
This activity aims to promote the importance of eye protection and will explain the bad effects of electronic devices on our eyes. The activity will include workshops on eye-blinding experience, Chinese medicine dispensing, and fragrant sachet making.
The activity will use different Chinese medicine and herbs. People who have G6PD Deficiency or allergy to Chinese herbs are not suitable to join the activities. |
