提提您:澳門母親會聖約翰托兒所於明天截止招生(2019年4月10日)。如於4月12日前交妥文件，澳大教職員之子女報讀母親會聖約翰托兒所（澳大校區）將有優先名額。請各位同事遵循以下報名程序並遞交所需文件：

Friendy reminder that Macau Obra das Mães Creche S. João Nursery School will end registration tomorrow (10 April 2019). Priority will be given to the children of UM staff members who complete the submission of documents by 12 April 2019. Please follow the application procedures and submit required documents as shown below:

Please note that interested parties can submit the enrolment form either through online application or in-person registration:

Online Application
Step 1: Fill in and submit application form through website
during 8 to 10 April 2019 (http://www.odm.org.mo/index.php)
Step 2: Provide Application number, Name of your child and your UM staff card copy to Obra das Mães before
12 April 2019 via:

In-person Registration
Fill in and submit application form in person to UM Nursery School Obra das Mães nurseries during 11 to 12 April 2019 with presentation of your UM staff card copy.
Address for application in person: Av. Da Universidade, Universidade de Macau S21-S23, Residência de Docentes e Funcionários, Bloco 21-23, R/C, Taipa, Macau.
