Course Content: | 有一些COVID-19患者能夠徹底痊癒，但有一些仍受到各種各樣的中長期影響。由於我們的身體需要時間來恢復，在這段時間保養尤其重要。是次講座將邀請到執業中醫生來介紹新冠後可能會出現的後遺症，並分享一些新冠癒後保養的方法。
Some people who develop COVID-19 fully recover, and some experience a variety of mid- and long-term effects after they recover from their initial illness. As our body needs time to recover gradually, it is important for us to protect ourselves by different healthcare methods at this period of time.
In this sharing, registered Doctor of Chinese Medicine would share with you the possible effects of post COVID-19 condition and different ways to tackle it. |
