Course Outline 課程大綱	:	Objectives of the enactment and enforcement of the Constitutional Law Principle and content of the Constitutional Law Legal protection provided by the Constitutional Law to the nation Purpose of "One Country, Two Systems" Principle and content of the Basic Law Relationship between the Basic Law and "One Country, Two Systems" 制定憲法和實施憲法的目標憲法的基本理論及內容憲法如何為國家提供法律保障一國兩制之目的基本法的基本理論及內容基本法與一國兩制之關係
Trainer 導師	:	Prof. LOK Wai Kin of Faculty of Law (FLL) Director of Centre for Constitutional Law and Basic Law Studies 法學院憲法與基本法研究中心主任駱偉建教授
Targets 對象	:	Administrative Officer (or equivalent rank) 行政主任(或同等職級) National Affairs training courses are compulsory for staff. Therefore, each staff should attend at least one National Affairs training course in 2021. 國情培訓課程為員工必修課程，每位員工於2021年度需報讀並完成至少一個國情培訓課程。

Certification 頒發證書	:	Participants will be awarded a certificate 出席之學員將獲發證書

In case there are more than one applicant from the same unit, kindly be reminded to indicate the priority of each applicant. It is suggested to gather all the forms and submit to the respective head for filling in the priority.
