Dear Colleagues,

Greetings from the Office of Administration (ADMO)!

We are pleased to announce that the New eProcurement System will be launched on 1 October, 2021. Procurement requests with the estimated amount within FMC’s approval limit (i.e. MOP1 million) will be processed through the New eProcurement System, while requests exceeding FMC’s approval competence will be processed through the existing ePR system as usual.

Important dates:

1 – 30 September, 2021Trial Run
During this transitional period, units can choose to process through the New eProcurement System or the existing ePR system in the Lotus Notes.
1 October, 2021Official Launch
All PR forms should be raised using the New eProcurement System.

To prepare your staff for the New eProcurement System, the following administrative workshop via ZOOM has been arranged:
