根據第267/2003號行政長官批示，於2022年度曾/仍收取家庭津貼及/或房屋津貼的工作人員，必須以M3/M4附件B向財政局申報職業稅。
閣下需於2023年1月13日(星期五)或之前按照下列步驟完成相關程序：
- 登錄 isw.um.edu.mo/hrss並於「服務」欄中選取「家庭津貼/房屋津貼資料」一項 (建議以Internet Explorer/Google Chrome/ FireFox 瀏覽);
- 核對系統內有關家庭津貼及/或房屋津貼之資料;
- 點擊相應按鈕以完成核對程序:
A) 請點擊確認按鈕若資料正確;
B1) 請點擊更新按鈕如資料有任何更新或不再符合資格收取相關津貼註;
B2) 下載並填妥相應表格，於2023年1月13日 (星期五)或之前將有關表格連同所需文件 (如有)交回人力資源處。
註:
- 不符合收取家庭津貼的情況: 配偶及尊親屬每年本身收入超過澳大薪俸表之薪俸點六百點、或滿十八歲之成年子女已不在學或在學成年子女其每年收入超過澳大薪俸表之薪俸點六百點。
- 不符合收取房屋津貼的情況: 遷入由澳門特別行政區或其他公共實體所提供的房屋，如澳門大學員工宿舍或住宿式書院、社會房屋、現職/退休公務員或由家庭成員所租賃之政府房屋/宿舍等(經濟房屋除外)。
若本處於2023年1月13日前沒有收到 閣下之更新資料或終止有關津貼之通知，系統所顯示 閣下之資料被視為正確無誤，本處將會按照第267/2003號行政長官批示，以M3/M4附件B呈交財政局申報。

According to the Chief Executive Dispatch 267/2003, staff members who have received/ are receiving family subsidy and/or housing subsidy in 2022 are required to declare professional tax through M3/M4 Annex B Form to the Financial Services Bureau.
Staff members are required to complete the verification procedure on or before 13 January 2023 (Friday) by following the steps below:
- Login isw.um.edu.mo/hrss and click 'Family Subsidy/Housing Subsidy' under the 'Services' column (suggest to open with Internet Explorer/ Google Chrome/ FireFox for browsing);
- Verify the information of the family subsidy and/or housing subsidy on the system;
- Click the appropriate button to complete the verification procedure:
A) Please click the confirmation button if the information is correct.
B1) Please click the update button if there is any update, or you are no longer eligible to receive these subsidiesNOTE.
B2) Download, fill out and submit the related form(s) together with the necessary document(s) (if any) to the Human Resources Section (HRS) on or before 13 January 2023 (Friday).
NOTE:
- Circumstances for ineligible to receive family subsidy: spouse and ascendants whose annual earnings exceeded the corresponding 600 salary index of UM, or adult children aged 18 or above are not attending educational institutes or whose annual earnings exceeded the corresponding 600 salary index of UM.
- Circumstances for ineligible to receive housing subsidy: move into the housing provided by the Macau SAR Government or other public entities including but not limited to the residential colleges of the UM, social housing, government housing/ dormitory for current/retired civil servant or being leased by the family member (except economical housing).
If an update of information or termination of the family subsidy/housing subsidy is not received by HRS on or before 13 January 2023, your information on the system will be deemed correct and will be submitted through M3/M4 Annex B Form by HRS to the Financial Services Bureau according to the Chief Executive Dispatch 267/2003.
