Dear Colleagues,
In order to ensure reasonable time to arrange the schedule for notary contract signing, for all PR forms that require signing of notary contract (see items 1 of article 12 of DL No.122/84/M), please submit to ADMO-PCT 6 months before the delivery date or services/ works starting date (for example: if the Unit wants to acquire a service with a starting date of 1st December 2020, the PR form must be submitted to ADMO-PCT before 31st May 2020). Therefore, in order not to affect budget execution of the year, for all PR forms that require signing of notary contract with the budget from 2020 fiscal year, please submit to ADMO-PCT before 30th June 2020. If the PR form cannot be submitted before the above date, the unit needs to consider shortening the delivery/ service period to 6 months or less.
